First Grade

It's the FIRST day of FIRST grade...... (sung to some made-up tune in my head, of course).

 Check out the backpack.  She also has the matching lunchbox.

With Carter and Harrison.

The crew.  K has 7 teachers kids in her class this year, and she is the only girl.  But that's nothing new for her--she's used to hanging with the boys!

We took this exact picture last year on the first day of Kindergarten.  It doesn't seem like we should be taking the annual first day picture for first grade already.

And then, let's just be real for a minute:

Kyndall got in the car on the first day of school talking about how much she loved her teacher, and how fun she was, and how she was so good.  She finished with, "But did you KNOW she was an Auburn fan?" =)
