At the kick-off, the girls ate pizza, played games, and met their Awana teacher. They played introduction games with their classmates, just in case they didn't know everyone. And the Awana leader told them all about how they would have "homework" each week and that they needed to study their verses. K was already practicing her verse on the way home! Here's to a great year of Awana'a!
