Week in the Life: Wednesday photos + words

Wednesday, the alarm:

5:30 a.m.  The Workout:  3.11 miles at an easy pace (8:59 per mile) and then 1 mile at faster than 5K pace, which ended up being 6:24.  Total of 4 miles for the day.

6:20 a.m.  Musical beds was played at our house last night.  Sometime during the hours of 8pm and 4am, these two made their way into our bed, and Justin moved to K's bed.  This happens quite often.

7:15 a.m.  Outfits for the day

9:15 a.m.  Moment of Silence in remembrance of 9/11/01.

10:20 a.m.  Book Fair working.

11:15 a.m.  Lunch and book fair with Mal-Mal and Addi Grace.

2:30 p.m.  Battle wounds from a tag game gone awry.  My big girl gets her competitiveness honestly.  That right eye of hers may be sporting a nice little bruise by tomorrow morning.

5 p.m.  Fish fry with Pops, Gra-Gra, Papa, and Meme.  The girls have been wanting to cook the fish they caught last weekend, so Pops and Gra-Gra cooked catfish, french fries, and hushpuppies.

7 p.m.  Yard mowing in the dark, because that's how we roll around here.  (And because that's about the only time we have at home to actually mow the yard!)

7:15 p.m.  Right now, Wednesday nights are usually the only nights the girls get to watch much TV during the week. They watched an episode of Jessie before bed.

7:45 p.m.  Both girls have been super exhausted today--the falling down, whining about everything kind of exhausted.  An early bedtime was a must.  At 7:47, both girls were already asleep.

Side note:  It's been so great posting these photos + words as I go.  I can't wait to actually get them on a scrapbook page and put everything all together!
